In recent days during a training course it was asked of our instructor whether a commercial endorsement on a level 2 had to be updated by means of a 2 hour refresher. A rumour had been circulating within the group from information previously told to them!

 

Having checked this out as we hadn't been aware of anything along these lines it has been disputed by the RYA and there is no such requirement; should anyone else be in a position of confusion and would like to know more give me a call and i will do my upmost to assist.
